RIDGE, MD--07/04/2008--A lifeless catch of decaying crabs is pulled up by Chesapeake Bay crab fishermen Pat and Kenny Norris, brothers, on an early July morning trip into the bay to check their traps. An algae bloom in the area wreaked havoc on marine life thus killing the crabs by depriving the water of the necessary oxygen levels needed for survival. GLENN FAWCETT/SUN STAFF
