CHESAPEAKE BAY, MD--03/01/2007--A spectacular splash is created on the water's surface as a long, heavy duty rope recoils and slams down after it snapped between the grounded freighter Montrose and a tug trying to pull it free while other tugs push to as it lists to port in the Chesapeake Bay, Thursday, March 1, 2007. The M.V.
